Booking Your Hunt 

     You can call us at (352) 598-7711 or (352) 493-9612 to check available dates and openings or you can email us at bandjoutfitters@hotmail.com.  We can then go over what openings we have and what dates would work the best.  Once we establish your hunt dates, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your hunt dates.   The reason why this is non-refundable is that once people book a spot, that spot is filled.  If a hunter can't make the hunt for whatever reason, we have to try and fill that spot, which is sometimes unsuccessful depending on the time frame.  Regardless, we still have to pay our landowners.  Having said that, if a hunter can't make a hunt and tries to find somebody to fill their spot, we can reserve the hunt for them at that price the following year.

     Once a deposit has been received, we will notify you of its arrival and send you out an informational packet with directions, gear lists, and a contract for you to sign and send back.  This contract provides us with all of your information, including hunting experience, specific needs and requirements so we can provide you with the best possbile hunting experience.
